Solvation is about Alliances, whether Adherents, Allies-At-Large, Strategic Alliances or Adherence Affiliates.
We form Solvation operated Alliances, jointly-operated Strategic Alliances and Adherence Affiliates. We unify those best able to address a particular objective.
The Solvation Group also builds fundable, saleable, or otherwise growing innovative companies. We become involved with companies at whatever time and manner is appropriate for the individual initiative by partnering with the business owner(s), bringing unsurpassed vision, leadership and experience to the table.
A company may be at any stage: just an idea, undergoing development, experiencing growth, or requiring turn-around. The Solvation Group has a deep pool of world-class advisors, consultants and contractors ready to be engaged. Our pool can provide all the C-level managerial functions as well as the people required to report to them in all departments and at all levels. In addition, we are always looking for people with deep experience, expertise and know-how to join with us and our partnerships.
A third party that opts to have any association with Solvation is considered an opt-in.
Confidence and high trust is to be maintained between and among all opt-ins. All opt-ins are bound by and protected by Our Golden Rule, that is, they are to continuously give and receive honorable treatment, fair play and "about right" considerations.
Opt-ins will quickly contact Our Directorate when another opt-in is seemingly not adhering to Our Golden Rule. Our Directorate will intervene, mediate and rectify. Opt-ins found to not behave according to Our Golden Rule are no longer considered to be opt-ins.
Our Adherents are those that agree to The Adherents Agreement. Confidence and high trust is to be maintained between and among all Adherents. The Adherence Agreement comes in 2 Parts. Each part is a page or less. In short, a basic cornerstone is Our Golden Rule.

A Strategic Alliance is an arrangement between two (or more) individuals, companies or organizations who have agreed to share resources and/or collaborate in a specific project.
A Strategic Alliance can be forged for sharing products, distribution channels, manufacturing capability, project funding, capital equipment, knowledge, expertise, intellectual property, development, fulfillment or support, etc.
The Alliance often involves technology transfer, shared expenses and shared risk.
Sharing unique resources and capabilities often helps companies, individuals, or organizations create a competitive advantage in the market.
