The Explorers Agreement (Phase 1.)
This agreement provides the foundation for a whole new way of doing business and an umbrella for operating in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, not just some of the time, but every time. It means that all its Parties always receive from one another and agree to give to one another, honorable treatment and "about right” considerations, in accordance with our basic tenet. If a conflict or dispute fails to be settled in Phase 1, then it will be settled solely through mediation. We do not believe in litigation.
The Basic Tenet: Prior to written authorization, each Party will not ‘disclose, circumvent, use or adopt for their individual benefit’ anything they or their associates are exposed to - either by the other Party or by the other Party’s associates, or by a Success-Finder or by Solvation or by any other Solvation associate. This can only be changed by written agreement between and among all the parties, who will establish additional provisions for use hereunder, as prudent.
At the onset, the Parties will choose a Success-Finder™ (notes 1and 2) . In phase A, the Success-Finder is the Managing Party. The definition of a Success-Finder is “An Impartial Party, with a fiduciary duty to best ensure that discussions, negotiations, activities and endeavors are a success and that the Basic Tenet is faithfully upheld”. The Success-Finder and the other Parties dynamically give and get information.
John Redding is the default Success-Finder. He, or his assign, upon any Party’s request, will introduce vetted, seemingly appropriate and well matched Success-Finder(s).
Success-Finders will submit status reports to John Redding, or his assign, as prudent. Success-Finders will submit additional provisions to John Redding, or his assign, for his approval, prior to their adoption.
At anytime Success-Finders may recommend to Solvation the most appropriate roles and credentials for each of the Parties. Success-Finders may quit at anytime and so notify John Redding who becomes their default replacement until a new one is found.
This document is deemed to be Solvation’s Phase 1 version of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. In subsequent Phases it may be modified by mutual agreement of the Parties and the Success-Finder.
If necessary, mediation will be conducted by a Neutralist at the National Academy of Neutrals, America’s premier mediators and arbitrators.(NADN.org.) Each Party and the Success-Finder will submit a short (less than 1 page) brief containing the complaint, the facts, the text they desire to see in the Settlement Agreement to the mediator . The settlement is not final until all parties are in agreement. The Success-Finder will act in an impartial manner, seeking the best solution for both sides.

Accepts this agreement, without a signature, but upon receipt of the completed above associated form. We do reserve the right to "set it aside" at any time. Date: As of the date the associated form is completed and so accepted.
[ NOTE 1: A Success-Finder is an “Impartial Party. They have a fiduciary duty to best ensure the discussions and endeavors hereunder, from start to finish are successful, disclosure boundaries are set and followed, and the tenets are faithfully upheld”. They are also Guides and Advisors that ensure no Party goes outside the boundaries and hence no Party is materially harmed..
Solvation vets candidates and approves those it sees as fit to be Success-Finders. Any Party or Solvation associate may submit candidates.
A Solvation choice of a vetted Impartial Success-Finder will not be unreasonably denied.
See John Redding or his assign for introduction to seemingly appropriate Success-Finder(s) or an ensuing Success-Maker(s).
NOTE 2: After the Exploration phase, at some future date, I/we may possibly agree to share resources and/or collaborate with individuals, companies or organizations in a specific project, endeavor, manner or Alliance, at which time these basic tenets continue to be accepted and/or a Phase 2 Agreement will be read and accepted by the specific parties with, over time, one or more addenda detailing a deal's Particulars.
